Child Care Setting Training

Early Years Functional Fitness: Getting their body moving, jumping, hopping & falling correctly. This all helps with their physical development under the EYFS

My early years setting classes are about engaging with the children, keeping them happy, excited & motivated for fitness.
Lots of engaging exercises that all ages can try including: bunny & frog races.

Help all children to get rid of frustration with hitting pads
Helping with their gross motor skills & coordination.
Learning left from right & counting when hitting the pads.

Talking, interacting & active listening are extremely helpful with their social skills, meeting new people ie myself & respecting others. 

Learning to line up & take turns and encouraging sharing this is under the YGIG - You Go I go 
Lots of team work &  learning how to synchronise with their partners with throwing balls down at the same time.

The most important thing is, it’s fun, it’s physical education & gets all children moving correctly, using their bodies in different ways.

All children I teach are extremely engaged & most manage to do the whole hour and absolutely love it

£5 per head (minimum £60 session booking)

Well I’ve been training with Anton for 4 weeks and can definitely see a difference. After years of battling my weight, I’m physically seeing a difference as well as none of my jeans fitting anymore.

As well after years of being told I’ll never have a strong upper body due to both arms being permanently dislocated at the elbow. I was disappointed to accept my fate but then on my 4th session I bench 45KG!!

‘The most important journey you will take in your life will usually be the one of self transformation. Often, this is the scariest because it requires the greatest changes, in your life.’

I’ve been asked a fair few times over the past few months how I’ve changed so quickly.

The answer? It’s not been a quick journey. It took me years to be in a mindset to even consider taking my health seriously. I’ve always enjoyed doing little workouts but never consistently or full routines.

Me and food have a complicated relationship which I’ll go into another day!

So this was many baby steps with some set backs.

Once I decided I wanted to make a change, I reached out to @warhorsetraining and started my journey.

It started with 1 session a week and continue my diet as I was,

Once I got into a routine we moved to 2 sessions, and slight diet changes.

Then a full diet plan and continuing 2 sessions.

Then we made the step to 3 sessions a week.

This truly helped me to learn to enjoy exercise and not give up. 

Now I’m not saying my diet is perfect, it’s still a complicated relationship but its the best it’s been. 

Working out is now my favourite thing and wish I could do it all day!

I’m currently on rest with a bad arm but I’m still motivated to continue, that’s a big step as if this had happen at the beginning I probably would of quit.

It’s been a long road and I still have new fitness goals I want to reach but I’m happy in my skin. I’m happy in body. That was the first goal.

I received a 90 minute Swedish massage from Anton this morning . Oh. My. Goodness. I was so relaxed afterwards I couldn’t really talk properly for about an hour. And still this evening I’m feeling really chilled out. Anton really knows his stuff and he is extremely professional in his approach. Anton is open to adaptions using other skills, for example reflexology to map out where other issues might be in the body. Also I had horribly tight IT bands
from CrossFit so he worked on those for me, that was a sports massage element-it hurt, a lot, but now my legs feel so released I can’t wait to go for a run tomorrow! As a masssge therapist myself I am super fussy with who treats me, but I’ll absolutely be booking in with Anton again regularly - Thanks so much Anton, see you sooooon!

I would highly recommend Anton. he bases all workouts on the individual and it works. I love it. 

I can recommend Warhorse Training, they are fantastic, professional, reliable, caring. There is so much good I can say, I fell in love with exercise again. Which if you no me is something I would have never said. I could talk about anything and he would help me as best he could definitely got a friend for life aswell.

I love the boxing and the mediation oh and don't get me started on the massage.


I didn't realise how tense my whole body was and I felt fantastic afterwards and the homemade massage oil smelled amazing.

Also I felt very comfortable on the bed (he can bring it to you) I was worried it wouldn't hold my weight. Yes it does. I felt safe.

He has helped me in so many ways I cant get all the words out, but I would highly, highly!! Recommend him.
