Bootcamp & Conditioning sessions are held in Toothill and our Training room Sunday Mornings at 9am-10am, if you want to train but don't want to be alone -book to join me in my morning Bootcamp.
Sessions have a cap of up to 7 people in the SN5 postcode (Wiltshire England)
Training session will include Jogging relays, Weights, Slam-balls, Kettle-bells, Ropes, Tires and Kegs. The workout will be preplanned on a board for us all to follow and will normally be done in a AMRAP or YGIG format.
Sometimes training with a buddy can make you dig deeper and push forward more.... SOMETIMES, with our group training this is definitely the case.

1, Booking times for sessions are subject to change, I will get back to you as soon as possible to confirm your booking.
2, Please appreciate that if you are booking a garment of clothing the day you have requested may differ.
3, Once a plan, session or T-shirt has been purchased the item will begin to be made. At this point your payment is not refundable.
