I would be happy to replace any faulty clothing as a result of manufacturing defects if returned within a four week period of your purchase. Please clearly state your reason for returning the goods. 
Once this item has been inspected and should your reason be valid we will send you a replacement by return. Unfortunately we will be unable to refund postage. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Warhorse Training reserves the right to decline garment replacement should fraud be expected, any such instance will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Postage will be based on weight through the Royal Mail service. Postage and packaging is not included with the price and is subject to change based on your location. All products will be sent using a 'signed for' delivery service.

We will hold any necessary information relating to your purchase of clothing and any associated refund on a secure data base for 60 days.

We will hold personal details used to produce diet and training plans for 90 days on a secure database, in order to assist with development of follow on plans, unless you state otherwise. 

Sensitive information will not be kept and would only be used at the time of purchase.

Your statutory rights under the GDPR are not affected.
