Service Description

My early years setting classes are about mobility and movement. Engaging with the children, keeping them happy and excited and motivated for fitness. Getting their body moving, working on jumping, hopping and falling correctly This all helps with their physical development under the EYFS Lots of engaging exercises that all ages can try including: bunny and frog races Use their posture correctly through squatting with slam balls Help all children to get rid of frustration with hitting pads This also helps with their gross motor skills and coordination. Learning left and right and counting when hitting the pads. Helps with their mathematical skills, lots of counting and recognising what number to get to. Also helps with their communication skills. Talking, interacting and active listening skills. Extremely helpful with their social skills, meeting new people ie myself and respecting others. Learning to line up and take turns and encouraging sharing this is under the YGIG - You Go I go Lots of team work and learning how to synchronise with their partners with throwing balls down at the same time The most important thing is, it’s fun, it’s physical education and gets all children moving and using their bodies in different ways. It helps with mobility, movement and range of movement.
