Pad Workouts, Boxercise, Kickboxing, Shotokan, Stretches, Circuits, HITT & Forms/Poses. +£25.00 a session for mobile one to one training. (Your home, at the park, your local gym -day pass dependent, any grass area or in our 'Training Room' in Toothill) +You must be able to provide space to train and in an SN postcode (Wiltshire England) only. +£35.00 for digital online training program including, pad and body workouts for that fighter style training. - Push Yourself Into Fitness And Take The Next Challenge - Become A Better Version Of Yourself
