Payment Policy

Here at Warhorse Training, we pride ourselves on Mutual Respect in and outside the training room.

No one likes talking money, however its essential this policy is read, digested and signed in order to stop any conflict of interest when invoices are sent.

The Policy

* Payments are non refundable.

* Sessions are subject to change if my circumstances change.

* Slots are only secured on payment.

* Slots are booked and secured from 15th of the month - last day of the month for following 15th - 15th.

* All bookings are due in advance and non refundable.

* If you book outside of these dates, payment will be required till the following payment cycle. If bookings are not confirmed and paid by end of the month ( date given on invoice) then slot is passed to waiting list- no advance warning given.

* Cancellation of slots are not transferable to next sessions.

* Mitigating circumstances will be discussed on a one 2 one basis.

* Holidays - Both parties are expected to give 6 weeks notice of any holiday bookings.

* Clients who give holiday notice less than 6 weeks will be expected to lose their session and are non refundable.

* If ... I (owner) have to cancel due to circumstances within my family due to additional needs child, I will do my best to reschedule, if not possible the slot is then lost as I will do all I can not to cancel.

* All payments and prices are subject to change with 6 weeks notice at owners discretion.

* Group payments - One person is responsible for payment. I will only deal with one person and they are responsible for collecting and sending payment - please take this into consideration when planning your group sessions and nominate one person to be responsible for all payments.

* Prices will be available on website and are non negotiable.

* Bronze, Silver, Gold & VIP packages are available on our website. Including deals of the season!!

* Any changes or gaps in sessions will invalidate the deal and full payment from price list is required, again no warning given.

* Garment orders take up to 28 days from date of purchase to arrive due to being tailored and made to order. - Payment always required in advance.

*Termination of contracts required 4-6 weeks notice, non refundable of fees. This is down to owners discretion and if the training room Etiquette/Rules are not adhered to then you may be given shorter notice by owner to not return.
